Collection: Let's Heal!


The first step toward anything is to take the first step! When it comes to healing it is easy to believe that just moving forward is getting over and dealing with hurt, pain, trauma, etc. The 'just keep moving forward' mentality takes away from processing, feeling, and acknowledging things, behaviors, and feelings. The most reoccurring phrase I use is "Feel it to Heal it". For a lot of us, that requires us to stop, pause, take a deep breathe, and actually sit with ourselves. Living in a rushed society, think about how hard that actually is. When is the last time you sat in a quiet room for more than 5 minutes by yourself?? No pressure, I will wait...
No judgement, we are all guilty! It is easy to follow the rat race we have been accustomed to, to get distracted by events, work, kids, pets, all of it! I still get lost in it too sometimes! With that being said, I want to congratulate you on the first step!! Just acknowledging either you want a change or even just being curious as to what this journey could mean. I would also like to invite you to start. Take your first step in a journey well worth the attention, time, and emotions it may take to heal by booking your first Meditation or Reiki session!
